La experiencia del paciente y la eSalud

Resumen


El artículo describe diferentes elementos conceptuales sobre la experiencia de paciente en el nuevo contexto del ecosistema digital. Dando especial emfasis a los aspectos más cognitivos tanto de los modelos de cambio de conducta, tan importantes en la modulación de la motivación y comprensión del mensaje en la educación sanitaria; como al design thinking, herramienta asociada a la mejora de la usabilidad de los desarrollos y soluciones en éste ámbito.
